Cancellation & Refund Policy – Glamorous Film City

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the nature of purchase—physical products, tickets, registrations, subscriptions, or event passes.

Event tickets are generally non-refundable. Contest registrations, participation fees, or audition entries cannot be cancelled once submitted. Physical products may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet shipped. Digital products or downloads cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are applicable only for orders cancelled in time and for events cancelled by us. Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.
